The group cycle class is an alternative for the aerobic training without any impact; it is a cardio and muscle strength workout.
This class is directed by a certified instructor who indicates the correct positions followed by a “route” that is filled with energetic music songs. Each class is fun and unique.
The muscles that you will workout with this kind of training cycle are: hamstrings, gluteus, quadriceps and calves. Starts with five to eight minutes of warm up and it finishes with five minutes of relaxing.
Class will last 45 minutes and any level members can participate: beginners, intermediates and advanced.
The class formats are: fat-burning, intervals or races, endurance and all terrain.
